If a single burner or element is not working while the others are fine, the problem is often limited to that part of the cooktop. If several stop working at once, the issue may involve controls or power. A technician will check the stove and explain what is needed.
Gas and electrical safety
If you smell gas, do not try to light the burners — leave the home and call your gas utility. For electrical stoves, switch off power at the breaker if you notice sparking or burning smells.

Service fee and hours
A service and diagnostic fee of approximately $60–$80 applies to technician visits, depending on location. We do not offer free estimates.
We book appointments Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 8 PM. Saturday and Sunday appointments are available on request — just ask about availability.
